We are excited to announce a significant expansion of our DPF and EGR processing capabilities. This update adds support for over 40 new vehicle models, including the latest Euro 6d-temp compliant engines from BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and the VAG Group.
DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) processing remains one of our most requested services. When a DPF reaches end-of-life or experiences repeated regeneration failures, our ECU file processing can disable the DPF monitoring and regeneration routines, providing a clean software solution.
EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve failures are equally common, particularly in vehicles with high mileage. Carbon buildup in the EGR system leads to reduced engine performance, increased emissions, and potential engine damage. Our EGR-off processing eliminates these issues at the software level.
New in this update: support for Bosch MD1 and MG1 ECU platforms, Siemens/Continental SDI series, and Delphi DCM7 controllers. This covers recent models including BMW G-series, Mercedes W213/W223, Audi Q5/Q7 (2023+), and VW Golf 8 / Tiguan NF.
All DPF and EGR processing includes our standard quality guarantee. Files are processed by experienced engineers, tested against known-good calibrations, and delivered with a checksum verification report. Processing time averages under 30 minutes during business hours.
